Your friendly and prompt responses to our enquiries before our trip, gave us confidence that you would provide an excellent service. We were not disappointed. From the moment that you met us at the airport till the driver dropped us off for our return, there was not a single moment when we felt that we were not in the best of hands.

The choice of programme was excellent. It was indeed the highlights of Romania – to such an extent that Estelle and I have resolved firmly to revisit your beautiful country. Every day was packed with wonderful experiences, the hotels were great and the cultural and natural wonders of Romania were put on show wherever we went.

The choice for our guide and driver, was an inspired one. He did more than could ever be expected of him to make our experience a special one. He is very well informed, an excellent driver and his human relations are outstanding. What impressed us both was his willingness to help – even after a long day, but also his intelligent reading of his clients. He was very good.

First of all, I thought the customer service and attention to detail was superior. Very few companies, would have gone through the lengths you did to ensure we did not miss Peles Castles as well as trying to accommodate our wishes for an upgrade. You also were extremely prompt in answering via email any question or issue that came up.

The hotels you selected were as promised clean, neat, and had private bathroom facilities.

We found the guide to be proficient, friendly enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. He also had good recommendations for local restaurants to try outside of the hotel.  He was very thoughtful of us “older” ladies and always treated us with the utmost respect, and, consideration. I also appreciated his professional method of dress, which indicated to me his pride in his work. He was also very enthusiastic in explaining the history of your country with its monuments.

One of the reasons we selected your company was because of the very complete and full-day itineraries.

In short, your program was very complete, professionally run and organized.It was also very enjoyable,  to see the festivities surrounding Easter Week. And, I would not hesitate to recommend ILoveRomania to any of my friends that anticipate visiting your part of the world.
